Vitamin-packed Broccolini is an ingenious hybrid amongst broccoli and Chinese broccoli.

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Combine parsley, rosemary, garlic, Dijon, and one tablespoon oil in a bowl. Year with salt and black pepper.
