Vitamin-packed Broccolini is an ingenious hybrid amongst broccoli and Chinese broccoli.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Combine parsley, rosemary, garlic, Dijon, and one tablespoon oil in a bowl. Year with salt and black pepper. Place 8 lemon slices and half of rosemary mixture beneath skin of rooster, dividing evenly. Rub remaining rosemary combination in excess of chicken, dividing evenly. Roast, on a rimmed baking sheet, twenty to 22 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toss Broccolini, onion, crimson pepper, remaining lemon slices, and remaining two tablespoons oil in a bowl. Period with salt and black pepper. Remove baking sheet from oven and organize vegetables about hen. Bake until an immediate-read through thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the rooster reaches one hundred sixty five levels F, 12 to fourteen minutes.
- Serve with pink pepper for sprinkling.
